In Issues 13-24 the magazine started to be produced in colour when funds allowed. Highlights of this time include visits from the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown and later in the year from the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith. It was a very busy period for the community with the development of the Shop Parade and the community gardens, the Lantern Parades, Kite Festival and a community survey.
Sale Moor Community Partnership also moved offices and took over the management of the Community Learning Centre when it moved from Chorley Road.
The issues 13-24 cover a period between Autumn 2006 and Summer 2009.
